For the past 2 days, there has been a problem looking at my Transamerica 403B account on line. When I called them, they told me that I should have rec'd. an E-mail about this from NSLIJ.
I did not. Please let me know what is going on. Thank you.
In response to October 1 at 1:51 pm - Check your email box - yesterday around 4pm - an email went to retirement plan participants regarding recent events at PIMCO. In an effort to protect your investments NSLIJ's Investment Committee,decided to remove the PIMCO Total Return D Bond Fund and replace it with the Vanguard Total Bond MarketIdx InstlPls which is the current option. A blackout period occurred yesterday and most of today to ensure a smooth transfer of funds. For more information or to reallocate your funds contact Transamerica t 844-675-4547.

I have checked my E-mail, I still have rec'd. nothing about Trans-
America situation.
In response to Oct 2 at 9:13 am - the brief blackout period with Transamerica Retirement Solutions in over. If you would like to review the Fund Change in detail, you can find the letter and notice on HealthPort>Human Resources>Benefits>Retirement Program. At the bottom of the retirement page are several PDF postings, view PIMCO to Vanguard Fund Change 2014. If you have additional questions, call Transamerica at 844-675-4547.
If I leave the health system it is my understanding that if I stay per-diem I cannot transfer the money in my trans-america account to another retirement fund. why is that?
