Open up the Benefit Guides folder and you will find information for all North Shore-LIJ administered plans. Open up the 2015 Open Enrollment Kit and find multiple one page documents on the most frequently researched topics, such as: the difference between the two medical plans, the two dental plans, what's in-system versus in-network. The flexible account aside, do I understant it correctly - that if I want to change nothing that it will just roll ove??? I don't want to wait and find I did something wrong and have no coverages in 2015. Thanks for your help.
In response to December 10 at 3:22 pm - Flexible Spending Accounts aside - If you had NSLIJ benefits in 2014 and do nothing during the 2015 Open Enrollment - your benefits will simply rollover into 2015. You and your dependents will have the same plans as you did in 2014. Thanks for your interest.

So, there are no buttons to hit or icons to click, just do nothing and the 2014 benefits will completely roll over to 2015?
In response to December 11, 9:57 am - That's correct. If you never enter your OE module on ESS, your benefits will automatically rollover from 2014 to 2015.
Can i change my dental plan now? I was not aware open enrollment was open and now closed
In response to December 26 at 10:51 pm - Open Enrollment for your 2015 benefits was held December 3 through December 17. Once OE closed you cannot make changes to your benefits unless you experience a Qualifying Life Event. If you did nothing during OE, your benefits from 2014 simply rolled over. If you have questions about the communication efforts before and during Open Enrollment, please check in with your site HR office or email hrcommunications@nshs.edu. Thank you for your interest.
